We are a research institute and are looking for a merchandise management system. It involves managing a simple warehouse with a stock of several thousand titles of books, magazines, periodicals, etc.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • CRM (customer, prospect, and supplier management)
  • The exchange, sale, and free distribution of writings, periodicals, and publications between different institutions, individuals, publishers, and various warehouses should be managed and processed efficiently.
  • Management of document exchange - some exchange partners are both recipients and suppliers.
  • Subscription management
  • Warehouse management – it should also be possible to evaluate this.
  • Shipping
  • Inventory
  • Commissions
  • An SAP interface is essential.
  • Local or web-based.
  • Windows-compatible.

Invoicing and accounting functions do not need to be included.

Four software workstations are planned.
