Research institute seeks event management software

We are a non-profit research institute and are looking for event management software. Our events include seminars, workshops, and conferences. We currently have 1,000-1,500 participants per year. Our goal is to reach 2,000 visitors per year.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Event calendar
• Primarily for internal organization
• Online registration
• Automatically generate participant database (for each event)
• Speaker database (management including contracts, fees)
• Creation and distribution of documents
• Registration confirmation
• Invoice (connection to DATEV not required)
• Participant list
• Confirmation of participation/certificate (according to your own layout)
• User-friendly for participants and users
• If possible, with to-do lists including a reminder function
• As a template, a reminder for the correct date is generated automatically
• If possible, documents (see above) should be created and archived as individual PDF files for each participant

We work with a Debian Linux 8 server operating system.

Note: Ideally, the software we are looking for can function as an address database (replacing an existing database) or as a full-fledged CRM system and enable evaluation/statistics on events and participant evaluation via CRM.

Three to five workstations are planned.
