Research and service organization seeks software for maintenance and servicing

We are a renowned research and service organization and are looking for maintenance and servicing software. We offer various services to industry. Among other things, we build a manageable number of special buoys.

The software we are looking for should allow us to create a maintenance or servicing log for various construction projects. The software should show who changed what, when, and where, and this should be visible over a long period of time. The software should run on Windows PCs as well as on mobile devices in the form of an app, i.e., on smartphones with Android and iOS. Ideally, it should also run on Android tablets. The app must be capable of offline use, and when Internet access is available again later, the app should synchronize. Synchronizable via an internal server.

The software should be as simple as possible without limiting the most important criteria. It would be nice if pre-designed masks could be created so that after replacing a part, you can quickly click through the menu. An overview of the runtime of individual components would be helpful. To enter yourself or calculate automatically after replacement.

No comparable software is currently in use.

Software workstations are planned for approximately six to eight, maximum ten people. Each employee has a PC, a smartphone, and optionally a tablet.
