Recruitment consultant or headhunter seeks applicant management system with CRM functions

I am looking for an applicant management system with CRM functions for my newly founded North German recruitment consultancy.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Data protection-compliant applicant management (create applicant profiles, automated emails if necessary, e.g., confirmation of receipt)
• CRM (customer acquisition, customer orders)
• Recording sales activities, sales contact management with customers
• Specially developed software provides services for customers - Creation of a “persona” (desired applicant profile)
• Cloud solution

In addition to applicant management, it is very important to be able to maintain sales contacts. What did I discuss with the customer in a phone call, what did I write in which email and to whom? In other words, classic CRM with applicant management functions. If profile creation is also included, that would be great. However, this would have to be tailored to our own design.

The software is initially required for one user.
