Recruitment agency seeks simple, web-based CRM software

We are looking for simple, web-based CRM software for our small recruitment agency to manage addresses, personal data, and documents.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Address fields for companies (various criteria)
• Address fields for candidates (various criteria), contact history
• Address fields for projects (various criteria)
• Automatic birthday emails to candidates
• Serial mail creation, serial letter creation (a magazine is sent to individuals twice a year)
• An interface for importing emails from MS Outlook into the contact history would be useful
• An interface to XING for importing personal data would be useful (but not essential)
• Available everywhere via the internet (cloud)
• Dialogue language: German

The existing data must be transferred from the old system. This includes company data, candidates, projects, and individual assignments (such as “receives birthday email,” “receives magazine”).

Two workstations are planned.
