We are a company in the real estate industry (owners and landlords of commercial properties) and are looking for software for technical real estate management, specifically for technical building equipment such as elevators or air conditioning systems.

We have the following requirements for the solution:

  • Management of technical equipment, including maintenance contracts
  • Creation of maintenance plans
  • Tracking of services
  • Warranty management
  • Document management
  • Options for creating reports
  • Should not be overloaded with possible functions, but should be clearly structured and organized
  • Should be adaptable to our requirements as needed – customization
  • Windows compatible

Currently, 3-4 software workstations are planned, with the possibility of additional workstations in the future.
