We are a specialist publisher in the construction industry and are looking for software for our seminar department. We envisage this being a customer relationship management (CRM) system with seminar management features. However, seminar management software with CRM features would also be possible.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Seminar management
  • Lecturer management
  • Participant management
  • Appointments
  • Issuing certificates and attendance certificates
  • Marketing, e.g., campaign management, e-mailing
  • Invoicing
  • Financial accounting
  • On-premises or web-based

Five software workstations are planned. We work with MS Windows systems.
