Psychosocial rehabilitation center seeks administrative software

We are a psychosocial rehabilitation center for children, adolescents, young adults, and their families in Austria and neighboring regions who are suffering from cancer or other serious illnesses. Here, those affected and their families can take advantage of various services such as aftercare camps, family retreats, grief counseling, and much more.

To support our administrative tasks, we are looking for software that should include the following:

• Overnight stays with program (e.g., family recreation weeks or weekends)
• Daytime activities
• Full board
• Room allocation (double rooms, rooms for daytime events)
• Staff scheduling (duty rosters, vacation planning)
• Incoming and outgoing invoices, reminders
• Order processing
• Statistical evaluations
• Google Calendar compatible
• Operating system: Linux

Initially, one workstation with expansion options is required.
