We are a small project development company in the construction industry and are looking for project development software, BIM* software.

We have the following requirements for the software:

  • Comprehensive support for the construction planning of residential buildings (e.g., single-family homes, apartment buildings)
  • Mass calculation (summary of all trades involved)
  • Calculation also takes into account the use of various materials (e.g., building materials, window profiles, etc.), excavation (degree of excavation, how many m³, etc.)
  • Processing of scanned construction plans
  • Building specifications - service specifications, tender texts
  • Simple solution, user-friendly

Three software workstations are planned. Work will be carried out in an MS Windows system environment. (*= Building Information Modeling)
