We are looking for document control software for management systems for our production facility (cardboard packaging) to ensure version control of documents.

We have the following requirements for the software:

  • Version control of documents
  • Authorization and approval concept
  • High-level structure for the various standards must be guaranteed
  • Extensibility for adaptation of management systems
  • Especially for QM document control
  • Should contribute to standard-compliant and secure processing, control, approval, revision, and archiving
  • Web-based
  • Compliant with ISO standards
  • The system should provide the documents for the audits of standards 9001, 50001, and 15593.

10-15 software workstations are required.
