Production company (insulation materials) seeks time tracking with personnel deployment planning

We are a global manufacturing company in the building materials industry (insulation materials) and are looking for software for time recording and personnel resource planning. The software will be used in three of our plants in Germany and later also in Belgium and the Netherlands.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Recording of attendance and absences
• Personnel resource planning
• Cost control (further processing of data for transfer to financial accounting and controlling)
• Use in the Netherlands and Belgium, if possible, and possibly other countries
• Interface to SAP and existing access control
• Dialog language de/en
• Cloud solution desired

The working hours of approximately 1,500 employees are to be recorded. Of these, approximately 200 employees are to manage the working hours. When the software is used in Belgium and the Netherlands, approximately 1,500 employees will be added.
