We are a manufacturing and trading company in the food industry and are looking for software for production planning and control (with scheduling). Most of our production is based on stock levels (stock items) and a significant portion is order-based.
The following requirements must be met:
- Support in scheduling and operational production program planning (series production)
- The goal is automatic scheduling, as well as suggestions for the quantity to be produced for the next day or the next week
- This forecasting function should include data from the past, but also current and future values (weather forecast, upcoming promotions, seasonal effects, etc.)
- The software should be tested in food production or at least designed for this purpose
- The solution should run together with the existing ERP system, i.e., it should be integrable and have an interface
- Windows-compatible
Five software workstations are planned.
