Production and trading company (food) seeks merchandise management

We are a small production and trading company for dried fruit and vegetables, as well as ready meals, and are looking for software for inventory management and production to support our daily tasks.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Customer and supplier management
• Order processing, invoices
• Warehouse management
• Packaging and labeling are partially outsourced, so a second warehouse would need to be managed
• Production with batch management, best-before date management
• Parts lists
• Statistics
• Optional label printing
• Transfer of data from MS Excel, if necessary

We use Linux or Ubuntu and would like to continue doing so. If possible, no cloud solution; a permanently installed program that does not rely on the internet would be very advantageous. A purchase version would also be desirable.

We are planning 1-2 software workstations.
