Plant manufacturer seeks software for tracking running costs in a steel mill

We are a global plant and steel manufacturer and are looking for software to track running costs in a steelworks for our site in Germany.

The software should be similar to a production data acquisition/machine data acquisition software and basically measure costs like an electricity meter.

Costs such as energy costs, materials, etc. should be determined on an ongoing basis and then compared with a cost limit.
