Pharmaceutical wholesaler seeks applicant management software

As the HR department of a pharmaceutical wholesaler with approximately 25 branches, we are looking for applicant tracking software.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Automatic assignment of applications to open positions
• Overview of all applications received
• Quick overview of the current status of the application (received, interim response, on hold, invitation to interview, interview confirmed, rejection, waiting position, other comments on the candidate by the HR and specialist departments)
• Interface to SAP (transfer of data when a candidate is hired)
• Link to the homepage
• Link to the Outlook folder for incoming applications
• Web-based would be nice

At least 10 software workstations are planned for the HR department and approximately 50 more for selected individuals in the specialist departments.
