Pest control company seeks field management - service control

We are a pest control company and are looking for a solution for field management - service control.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Resource planning - both for urgent jobs and service technicians
• Route optimization
• Reporting, including photo documentation
• I would like to be able to cumulate the expense items of several service reports (orders) in order to have billing data for several inspections
• There must also be a way for technicians to store and retrieve documents (e.g., site plan with inspection stations)
• It is important to me that we can document all processes related to the order, e.g., customer calls, quotes, etc.
• Web-based (cloud), but it should also be possible to work offline.

Software workstations are planned for 7-8 technicians in the field and 3 employees in the office. MS Windows systems are used.
