Personnel service provider (personnel consulting and recruitment) seeks applicant management

We are a personnel service provider for personnel consulting and recruitment and are looking for an applicant management system at short notice.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Multi-channel posting for job advertisements (unlimited number)
• CV parsing (automatic resume recognition)
• Job offers on homepage (no frame solution)
• Automatic matching of applicants and job offers (matching function)
• Contact history with applicants
• Profile or exposé creation from applicant data (anonymized) for different customers
• Automated GDPR compliance
• Interface for data migration from legacy system (applicant management)
• Interface to existing HR solution
• On-premises solution possible, but a web-based solution is preferred

Three to five software workstations are planned.
