I am looking for a patient management and billing program for my naturopathic practice, i.e., a practice management system. I treat private patients and self-paying patients with health insurance.
The new program should meet the following requirements:
- Medical history
- Calendar function (block appointments over several weeks or months) – e.g., a fixed appointment every Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. over several months
- Send emails with attachments (laboratory results) and encrypted
- Formatting (format) of invoices and prescriptions already in the program or do I have to do this myself?
- Accounting configurable with lexoffice?
- Name sorting (umlauts not after Z)
- Save invoices as PDF
- Possibly card reader
- Possibly EC card reader
- Possibly digital patient files
- Use on multiple devices (PC, laptop, iPad) simultaneously
- Online appointment scheduling
- Appointment reminders via email or text message
- Invoicing via external billing agency and costs for this
- Transfer of patient data from old billing program to new program
- Can I access the data and appointment calendar without internet access?
- Can appointments be scheduled in parallel? - e.g., from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. (duration 60 minutes) infusion and from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. ...
- Can receipts for expenses (rent, medication, etc.) be digitized and entered into the accounting program?
- Can the practice logo be inserted?
- Billing of different rates (private/maximum rate, subsidies, etc. according to alternative practitioner codes)
- Is it possible to record working hours?
- Introduction to billing program
- Possible billing of coronavirus/citizen tests service codes
- On-premises preferred
Two to three software workstations are planned. Work is carried out using MS Windows systems and an iPad (iOS) device.
