Paper manufacturing and processing company (approx. 3,500 employees) seeks a workflow tool (including document management)

We are a medium-sized paper manufacturing and processing company operating throughout Europe. To centralize and reduce our large volume of documents, we are looking for a workflow tool (including document management) for automated workflows that integrates with our (central) raw materials registry.

The following requirements must be met:

• Raw material approval tool (e.g., chemicals/hazardous substances, packaging materials)
• Document management – of the information required for approval, including hazardous substance management (risk assessment, operating instructions)
• Every employee must have access to the central document repository (e.g., via the cloud); document repository with automatic linking for the plants
• External data maintenance by suppliers (supplier portal)
• Multilingual (in addition to German, English, French, Italian, and Polish)
• Interface to the existing ERP system
• Multi-client or multi-branch capable
• Windows-compatible

Approximately 30 software workstations are planned (5 workstations at the head office, 25 workstations at various European locations).
