Organic retailer seeks merchandise management system

We are a southern German online food retailer with our own delivery service and are looking for a merchandise management system. We are based in the organic segment, with regional products.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• From order receipt in the shop to delivery

• Online shop, possibly interface to existing online shop
• Invoicing
• Quotes
• Orders, order confirmations
• Delivery notes
• Invoices
• Gift certificates
• Price calculation
• Price reductions (e.g., discounts)
• Packing stations with scales
• Route planning
• Purchasing
• Goods receipt
• Goods issue
• On-premises or web-based
• Good support, good availability of the software provider

Two to five software workstations are planned. We work with MS Windows systems.
