We are a small non-profit association working in the field of health promotion and are looking for association software that also supports us in event and seminar management.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Association management (members, donations, certificates, etc.)
  • Event management (seminars, continuing education, training)
    • Dates
    • Locations
    • Instructors
    • Prices
    • Booking
    • Participant lists
    • Calendar
    • Automatic emails, etc.
  • Accounting, invoicing
  • Good option for dividing people into groups and roles (member, board member, school principal, instructor, participant, etc.)
  • Assignment to groups (e.g., training groups, etc.)
  • Document storage for teaching materials would be nice
  • Assign event locations with information (size, price, etc.)
  • Website connection or widget would be nice, but not a must
  • Cloud-based
  • Easy to understand, clear and concise, inexpensive
  • No complex, overloaded program
