We are a non-governmental organization based in southern Germany and are looking for software for time tracking (work and project hours).

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Work time tracking
  • Project-related time tracking with interface to DATEV
  • Ideally with transfer to the corresponding cost center
  • Absences (vacation, incapacity to work, educational leave, special leave, etc.)
  • Vacation planning
  • Ability to assign time to multiple projects simultaneously
  • Can be used across multiple locations (as there are several locations)

Approximately 70 software workstations are planned. We work with MS Windows systems.
