We are a non-profit organization and are looking for controlling software to monitor cash flows in 25-35 projects. These are health projects in development cooperation, most of which are financed by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development.
We are looking for a secure alternative to Excel, which we have been using to map the budget and cash flows in 24 projects.
It would be very useful if the software could also take fundraising and donation flows into account. Accounting is outsourced.
Common project management solutions are too extensive for us or contain too many functions that we do not need. We can therefore also imagine commissioning a custom development. However, it may be possible to adapt a standard solution to our requirements.
The solution must be compatible with Linux or web-based.
Up to seven software workstations are required.
