We are a medium-sized service company and are looking for call center software to support customer management.

The software should support the following

  • Time recording of incoming and outgoing calls
  • Connection to existing in-house software
  • nice-to-have call recognition (automatic retrieval of the correct data record)
  • Management of customer master data and other information

The number of workstations is currently unknown, it could be approx. 15 clients.
