We are a medium-sized company in the mechanical and plant engineering sector and are primarily looking for a CRM system for use in technical sales.
The software should meet the following requirements:
- Mainly support for customer acquisition and contact management
- Detailed storage of customer data (group and country sorting, weighting, status, etc.)
- Sales overview, forecast, statistics
- Quotation creation with mask function
- Internal automatic reminder functions in connection with service tasks (annual (maintenance) orders must be displayed, etc.)
- Reminders for customer visits
- Calendar function
- Options for quick note and log entry (internet research integrated?)
- Connection to email (MS Outlook)
- It must be possible to transfer thousands of existing, entered customer and supplier contacts
- Portable use (mobile phone, tablet connection)
- User-friendly interface
- Optional: integration of information on telephone contacts and call content
- Optional: route planning for customer visits
- Optional: compatibility with PPS software
A maximum of 14 software workstations are planned.
