We are looking for a new human resources management system for our medical tourism conglomerate. First and foremost, we want to introduce a new payroll accounting program. However, in the course of introducing a digital personnel file, we are wondering whether we should also replace our time management and applicant management systems with a new complete system.

We have the following requirements for the software:

  • General requirements:
    • Concurrent user system
    • Multi-client capable
    • Windows-compatible
    • Interface to financial accounting
    • Interface to time management and applicant management, if a new overall system is not introduced
    • Interface to MS Office
    • Automated plausibility checks during data entry
    • Automatic detection and correction of incorrect export files
    • Automatic data backup
    • Automatic updating in Active Directory
    • Creation of integrated statistics using a proprietary query language (usable by inexperienced users) or directly via SQL tables or a supplied report generator
    • Integration of statistical reports (e.g., State Statistical Office – hospital statistics, hospitality industry statistics, etc.)
    • SQL access to the contents of the global data model via ODBC access is possible. Alternatively, an offline version of the database is available for ODBC queries, for example (configurable updates, e.g., overnight). All data (transaction data and master data) can be evaluated via Access/SQL/ODBC/Excel.
    • Automatic appointment function, with email notification if necessary, desirable

    • Payroll accounting

      • Time recording: Management of work performance, absences, vacation and sick days
