Media agency seeks service provider software (sales, CRM, finance)

We are a small media agency based in northern Germany and are looking for service provider software (sales, CRM, finance).

The software should meet the following requirements:

• CRM or address database
• Invoicing including commissions (deduction of commission with different VAT rates)
• Fee invoices
• Various VAT rates applicable
• Credit notes (reverse invoices)
• Dunning
• Appointment calendar
• Acquisition functions would also be welcome
• macOS compatible
• Web-based would be welcome, but not a must

Time tracking is not required.

Three software workstations are planned.
