Mechanical engineering company seeks quality management system

We are a global mechanical engineering company (bearings and linear systems) and are looking for quality management software.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Mapping of the entire management manual, including management and control of the documents it contains
• Process management
• Procedural and work instructions
• Device- and location-independent access (at least read access)
• Multilingual (at least DE, EN)
• Compliance with the new EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
• Full-text search should also be possible across document content, not just keyword indexing
• Optimal and simple migration of the existing management manual (PDF and Ragtime documents)
• Rights management
• In-house installation
• Client-server solution
• Windows compatible

Approximately 80 workstations are planned (30 with write access and 50 with read access).
