We are a marketing agency (telemarketing) and are looking for call center software for outbound B2B communications.

We have the following requirements for the tool:

  • It should be able to control a classic telephone system, as we have had very bad experiences with VoIP in terms of voice quality, etc.
  • It should have an email sending function.
  • It must also be possible to send emails per project and per customer with a separate email account for the agent in question (neutral company domains or individual domains).
  • Automatic dialing
  • Follow-up management
  • Reporting – for daily, weekly, and monthly results
  • Statistics functions – for daily, weekly, and monthly results
  • No MS Exchange Server is required.
  • Windows compatible

Twenty software workstations are planned based on the concurrent user principle.
