Marketing agency seeks software for the efficient implementation of telephone marketing

I am looking for software for my marketing agency to carry out telephone marketing efficiently. We broker telephone profits and carry out telemarketing measures. It is also about using telephone agents for various projects.

We need software that

• processes customer data
• an agent can be assigned to a project
• allows evaluations (e.g. hours) that show the customer the project transparently
• supports billing with the telephone agent
• supports my tasks as an order or project consultant or project manager

Software workstations for approx. 10 telephone agents are planned.
