We are a manufacturing company in the metal industry (small series and single-item production) and are looking for a document management system (DMS).

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Digital management of incoming invoices (by fax, email, and post)
  • OCR support
  • Audit-proof archiving
  • Compliant with the "Principles for the proper keeping and storage of books, records and documents in electronic form and for data access"
  • Authorization or approval (or read-only)
  • Lean solution
  • Local or web-based

Five software workstations are planned. Work will be carried out in an MS Windows system environment.
