Maintenance software for industrial plants wanted

We are an engineering firm and are looking for maintenance software for the facilities of an international company in the wood industry. This concerns a German location.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Recording of malfunctions, e.g., in a ticket system
• Traffic light system
• Central display for maintenance managers
• Assignment of malfunctions to maintenance areas, e.g. for
• Buildings
• Pipes
• Machines
• Vehicle fleet
• Electrical
• Mechanical workshop
• General workshop
• Workshop forklift trucks and vehicle traffic
• Factory fire department
• Storage areas
• Creation of work orders for factory craftsmen and external companies (specialists)
• Reporting
• Statistics
• On-premises or web-based
• If web-based, very high data security (e.g., data center in Germany)
• Good support, e.g., 24/7

Approximately 20-30 software workstations are planned. Work will be carried out in an MS Windows system landscape.
