Mail order company seeks human resources management software

We are a mail order company with three operating sites and are looking for personnel management software.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Payroll accounting incl.
• Reporting
• Certificates
• Evaluations
• Booking list
• Digital personnel file
• Personnel master data
• Travel expense accounting
• Employee self-service (vacation requests, etc. as workflow)
• Time management for internal employees and transfer to payroll accounting
• If possible, actual time recording for temporary workers for transfer to temporary employment agencies (no evaluations necessary)

Our software currently runs on our own server. In the future, we want to use an external data center or cloud with full software maintenance, support, and updates.

We require approximately eight software workstations for human resources. A self-service option should be accessible via the browser for our approximately 500 employees.
