Machinery and plant manufacturer seeks calculation software

We are a renowned company based in northern Germany operating in the field of mechanical and plant engineering (not BIM) and are looking for software for electrical calculations and electrical planning.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Calculation of cable systems (voltage drop, short-circuit currents, etc.)
• Generation of verification documentation for the calculations
• Cross-manufacturer product catalogs and data in final circuits
• No pure network calculation
• Links to CAE programs (e.g., EPLAN) and CAD programs (e.g., SolidWorks) – at least data exchange via generated Excel lists regarding cable types, articles, cable lengths
• Conventional solutions are very strongly BIM-oriented – this is not necessary
• German as the language is sufficient
• Windows-compatible

One to two software workstations are planned.
