Logistics company seeks software for order processing in a seaport forwarding agency

We are an international logistics company and are looking for order processing software for our seaport forwarding agency with the following requirements:

• The customer books the order directly with us online. This should be as easy as booking a vacation or flight.

• The customer can view their orders online at any time, but cannot change them after we have confirmed them.

• The order appears on all our screens and is assigned to the responsible clerk.

• If the customer is already known, they automatically receive an order confirmation after the clerk has accepted the order.

• If the customer is already known, the clerk sees a “To do” list, which they must work through step by step. They must
• adhere to the specified sequence. Once the agent has entered the pickup date, ship departure, ship name, and ETA (estimated time of arrival)
• , the customer is automatically informed by email.

• Customs formalities must be able to be completed using the order data and customer data entered (port data record HDS via Dakosy).

• Invoicing, cost recording, customer evaluation, dunning, credit assessment

Approximately 8-10 workstations are planned.
