We are looking for HR software for our municipal association. Due to SAP's announcement that it will discontinue maintenance for the HCM module on December 31, 2025, we are looking for alternatives to replace the existing SAP system by introducing a uniform, integrated personnel information system, including payroll accounting, based on other software. The first step is to conduct initial market research.
In addition to the actual administrative area, we also maintain other social institutions. This means that almost all types of public sector pay scales are covered.
