We are a leading real estate company and are looking for knowledge management software.

The software should fulfill the following requirements:

  • Multi-client capability (several areas with general, but also area-specific articles)
  • Rights and role concept
  • Simple search with self-learning system
  • List results according to relevance
  • Differentiation between optional and mandatory articles
  • Articles relevant for a specific period
  • Archiving
  • Reporting
  • Display of the most frequent search terms (tags)
  • Decentralized creators / central editing

If possible, dialog guidance for the standardized processing of processes (e.g. in fault acceptance) with the following functions should also be included:

  • Rights and role concept
  • Transfer of information from SAP / CRM
    • Relevant customer data
    • Overview of the current situation (e.g. building history)
    • Maintenance of certain necessary information exclusively in the original system (e.g. damage codes)
  • Performance
  • Transfer of all relevant information to SAP / CRM
  • Linking to relevant articles from knowledge management
  • Real-time and historical reporting

The software is to be used at 800 workstations.
