We are a kitchen and home appliance retailer in southern Germany with a strong focus on customer service. As part of a comprehensive digitalization of our business processes, we are looking for an industry-specific CRM or sales and customer service solution.
The software should meet the following requirements:
Approximately 12 software workstations (4-5 of which are for kitchen planning) and 5 mobile systems are planned. Work is carried out in an MS Windows system environment and, in customer service, exclusively with high-performance notebooks (e.g., Ultrabooks).
