IT consulting company seeks maintenance software for an agricultural business

We are an IT consulting company and are looking for maintenance software for a cooperative agricultural business.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Preventive maintenance with due date calculation
• Stationary equipment
• Mobile machines
• Fault reports/workshop orders
• Enable photos with notes as fault reports
• Feedback to the person who reported the fault when it has been rectified
• Spare parts management with documentation for contact persons at suppliers
• Contract management
• Document management for machines (interface to DMS)
• Enable cost monitoring of machines (cost units)
• App for maintenance software (presumably for Android)
• Network-compatible, as server - SaaS would also be interesting

Four software workstations are planned. MS Windows systems are used.
