Inventory management and cash register system needed for a retailer with a fashion and shoe store

We run a fashion store and a shoe store and are looking for a merchandise management and cash register system. The shoe store is also to operate an online store and an Amazon and Ebay interface is required.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Merchandise management system
• Cash book with transfer function of the accounting records to the tax consultant
• Label printing (printer available)
• Cash register system (no touchscreen required)
• eShop
• Dispatch processing
• Customer account with customer card
• Simple CRM system (emailer, simple customer selections according to sales, product groups, remote customers, etc.)
• Multi-client capable

2 checkout workstations and 1 office workstation in the warehouse are planned.

Hotline support is important to us, which provides ad hoc assistance in the event of faults.

We want a system that is as cost-effective as possible without monthly contract costs.
