Internet and advertising agency seeks CRM software

We are an internet and advertising agency and are very active in the tourism sector. To support our sales team, we are looking for CRM software that can perform the following tasks:

• Create contacts and assign them to our product groups (large product range -> individual requirements and advice)
• Product groups must be accessible (contacts must be retrievable even without resubmission)
• Note fields for each contact (correspondence, previous contact, etc.)
• Customizable reminders (e.g., CRM reminds me to follow up with this contact in one month)
• Address export for mailing
• Microsoft Outlook integration (import emails so they can be viewed in CRM)
• Create tasks for contacts (tasks are displayed across contacts, similar to a to-do list for today)
• Set contacts according to interest status
• Display recently edited contacts
• Project management support

It should be possible to find a potential customer without having to set a task or resubmission.

The software should become the main source of information and daily point of contact for our sales department. Initially, approximately three workstations are planned, with more to follow if necessary.
