Institute seeks space management software

We are an institute offering selected, specific courses and are looking for room management software. Currently, around 200 rooms used by employees in 10 buildings need to be managed (e.g., offices, meeting rooms, or project rooms). The number of these rooms is set to increase in the foreseeable future.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Replace the room management system currently in place using MS Excel lists (including data migration)
• Display the rooms with their actual and maximum size and number of employees
• The rooms should also be displayed graphically so that you can see how workstations are being used – 2D is sufficient
• Display furniture
• Display or map floor coverings
• Additional information should be able to be integrated, e.g.
• Specialist
• Is the employee present 8/4 hours, i.e. full-time or part-time, the working use of the room?
• Building plans
• Fire protection plans
• Scalable
• On premises preferred
• Interface to MS Excel
• Interface to existing facility management software

Approximately five software workstations (expandable) are currently planned. Work is carried out in an MS Windows system landscape.
