Institute seeks merchandise management (with billing via MIP)

We are a North German institute in the field of education and healthcare and are looking for a merchandise management system. We also deal in medical aids and offer continuing education and training in our segment.

The solution should be able to meet the following requirements:

• Central elements of merchandise management, such as customer management, article management, purchasing, warehouse management
• Billing via health insurance companies
• Billing for training courses and education
• Billing with freelance rehabilitation teachers
• Cost estimates (private and statutory health insurance companies)
• Delivery notes
• Confirmations of receipt (goods to customer)
• Preparation of accounting
• GDPR-compliant
• Ability to work from home
• Local installation or web-based

Seven to ten software workstations are required. MS Windows systems are used.
