We are a consulting company based in southern Germany and operate an outdoor advertising monitor on which we rent display time for advertising. Every month, we have between 20 and 35 customers who display their advertising on the monitor. Invoicing takes place on a monthly basis. Basically, an “advertising unit” is a permanent recurring display of the customer file for 90 seconds every half hour.
You can book 1/2, 1, or 2 advertising units or 1 advertising unit with a different display every day at different prices. You can also book different durations between 1 week and 12 months. Extras like motif changes can be added.
Discounts should be able to be granted individually for each customer and according to the term.
This mix of project planning, booking, and billing software is currently being replaced by GanttProject and individual MS Excel spreadsheets.
We want to use new software that combines all our requirements to eliminate this mix and thus improve our position.
