We are a family-run industrial company operating internationally in the field of plant engineering and are looking for a customer relationship management system.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Appointment management
  • Sales planning
  • Order management
  • Outlook integration for appointments, contacts, tasks, emails, and documents
  • German and English as dialogue languages, as the software may also be used in the USA and Asia
  • A mobile version must be available
  • A cloud solution is preferred

Approximately 20 software workstations are required initially, with a final requirement of up to 100.
