Home seller seeks geomarketing software

We are a house seller and are looking for geomarketing software for our sales department. Among other things, we sell metal houses, vacation homes, and garden sheds in both B2B and B2C markets. The intended software workstations are all located at our headquarters.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Geographical representation of the sales structures of
• individual customers or customer groups
• product groups down to item level
• Purchasing power by region
• Population per region
• Analysis of sales figures for the sales force
• Sales force planning
• Local installation or web-based

Three software workstations are planned. We work with MS Windows systems.
