Gear and transmission technology company seeks HRIS or HCM software

As an internationally active company in the field of gear and transmission technology, we focus on the automotive supply sector (approx. 5,000 employees worldwide) and are looking for software for human resources management (HRIS or HCM software).

The software should cover the following areas (functional requirements):

• Global master data
• HR administration
• Reporting (standard evaluations, individual evaluations)
• Induction
• Performance appraisal plus annual employee review
• Salaried employees
• Non-salaried employees
• Training administration
• Personnel planning
• Personnel development (potential, succession)
• Learning management system

The following modules are also optional:

• Recruitment and hiring
• Internal application management
• Travel expense management
• Organizational management
• Individual employee development plans
• Compensation management

In addition to German, English must also be available as a dialogue language. Spanish and Chinese would be “nice to have” for our locations in Mexico and China.

There is currently no software available that meets our requirements. Interfaces to existing payroll and time management solutions are desirable.

The software will be used by approximately 30 key users and administrators. Up to 5,000 employees should have access to certain areas of the software as part of ESS (Employee Self-Services), and up to 200 managers should have access as part of MSS (Manager Self-Services).
