We are looking for software for our social organization with approximately 3,000 employees for rehabilitation customer management in the areas of inpatient care and housing, workshops for people with disabilities, and vocational training.

The software should support the following areas of application:

  • Master data management
  • Master data of rehabilitation customers with access for all users in compliance with the EU GDPR, national law and other legal regulations.
  • Master data, care, and support – analysis, planning, documentation of implementation
  • This involves supporting and assisting rehabilitation clients, avoiding manual and duplicate work, plausibility checks, and supporting employees in mobile working (documentation directly on site at the rehabilitation client's premises during work). The aim here is to map the underlying processes and work steps.
  • Wage determination for workshop employees
  • Annual determination of the increase amount.
  • Admission procedure for vocational training
  • Support for the admission procedure and funding planning. In vocational training, a continuous, dynamic, and individual process is mapped in order to promote the skills of rehabilitation clients. For example, by comparing individual support goals with the courses on offer. Course planning and course enrollment should be mapped.
  • Occupancy planning should be supported for residential, workshop, support center, and educational areas.
  • Duty scheduling
  • Organization taking into account the requirements of rehabilitation clients with individual information and settings.
  • A comprehensive and flexible evaluation tool is essential for internal controlling, external negotiations and documentation.
  • Insurance
  • Mapping of multiple insurance companies from different areas.

Additional requirements:

  • Interfaces
  • Direct: Subsidiaries/areas; indirect: adjacent areas (e.g., service billing), doctors, therapists, etc.; external: cost bearers, doctors, psychologists, therapists, etc.
  • Login and rights functions: Connection to our Microsoft “Active Directory” (AD)
  • If SaaS: single sign-on in connection with our AD data, encrypted connection, e.g., SSL or SSL VPN
  • If hosting: server management via us, Windows platform, preferably MS SQL, virtualized server platform
  • Uniform user interface
  • Software based on MS Dyn Nav is desired!

Approximately 500 software workstations are planned.
