We are a food wholesaler and are looking for a merchandise management system.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Customer management
  • Item management
  • Order proposal system
  • Batch management (batch tracking)
  • Best before date (BBD), BBD management
  • Simple list creation (list generator), e.g. for price lists or statistics
  • Customer discounts at product group level
  • Special prices
  • Sending invoices in PDF format
  • Order import via interface
  • Interface to DATEV export
  • User-friendly
  • Migration or data transfer from existing merchandise management software
  • Optional web shop connection

Approximately 5 software workstations are planned.
