We are a food manufacturer and are looking for a system to record, evaluate and monitor machine and operating data (MDE, BDE, Data Warehouse).
The following functions are desired:
- Acquisition from different data sources (control system, M-BUS, control station/HMI system, SQL, manual input)
- Automatic aggregation of the recorded data (e.g. first to quarter-hourly, then to hourly, then to daily data records)
- Configurable per data point
- Automatic deletion of old data (e.g. deletion after retention period)
- Efficient storage of data in a central database
- Linking of data with associated data from operational systems (e.g. articles, production orders) or transfer of operational data to the system
- Definition of monitoring, plausibility checks and alarms for data points (e.g. no data received for a certain period of time, zero values, negative values)
- Manual correction of automatically recorded data incl. change history
- Handling and consideration of changes to data points
- Virtual data points/key figures (systems) as a function of other data points (e.g. total flow = flow line 1 + flow line 2)
- Interactive evaluation by users by selecting time periods, data points and operational data (data warehouse functionality)
- Automatic execution of defined evaluations and retrieval via portal
- Export of the queried data to Excel for further evaluations
- Recording of energy data and preparation with regard to energy certification
The number of workstations required has not yet been determined.
